Here is our Leadership Team!

First, let’s introduce our team leader, Liu Zhuo! He is the heart of our organization, diligent and meticulous, responsible for planning and managing this event!

Next, we have our assistant leaders, Huang Yuehan and Zheng Dingyuan, who are the reliable right hands of our leader, coordinating the operations of various departments!

First, meet our Secretary Department leader, Jessica Diesca, who manages all documentation for our projects, ensuring every event is well-recorded!

Alongside her are our assistant secretaries, Goh Zhi Rong, Guan Yinyao, Xiao Ruochuan who share the load of meticulous documentation tasks with outstanding performance!

Here is our Publicity Department!

The leader is the charming Tian Yiding, with Lou Junhao as his assistant. Together, they manage all promotional activities, from Facebook to TikTok, operating all social media platforms for our events!

Here is our Design Department!

From promotional posters to our team’s logo, the Design Department handles it all! Led by Wang Lin, with Ma Jingyi and Yu Yan as her assistants, they possess exceptional skills and ingenious designs, serving as the creative force of our team!

Here is our Photography Department!

The lead is the experienced Zheng Ximing, supported by assistants Zhang Jibing, Liu Zehang, and Xie Wan’en. They capture every moment of our meetings with their cameras. From shooting to editing, they ensure the production of high-quality videos. Stay tuned!

Led by Zhou Yongyu, this department plans all financial aspects of our activities and provides detailed reports. His assistant, Wen Xinghao, supports all financial matters, offering our team convenient and accurate statistics!

Here is our Sponsorship Department!

Our Sponsorship Department is led by Lew Sai Hong and includes member Wang Yu. They are dedicated to negotiating with various organizations, securing numerous sponsorship opportunities for us!
